5th Grade Committee: Help plan fun activities and the year-end celebration for our MW 5th Graders. This committee may help with the Parade in October but gets most busy in Spring (March-June) planning for the 5th Graders June celebrations.

5th Grade Halloween Parade Committee: Help the 5th Grade students create the Malcolm White Float for the Woburn Halloween Parade in October. Volunteers needed to donate supplies, help design and build the float, create decorations, manage adult and student volunteers, and ride on the float with the students in the parade.

5th Grade Yearbook Committee: Help create the MW yearbook in March-June for the graduating 5th Graders. Volunteers needed: someone to manage the design of the Yearbook, others to help get photographs from the class and teachers, and a group to proofread copies before printing.

Kindness Committee: The committee was started post-pandemic in 2022 as a way to bring happiness and joy to the entire Malcolm White Community through monthly events at the school. Our events range from dance parties to collaborative art to passing out compliment hearts. We work hard to engage with the students, show them kindness, and help them have a positive day at school. 
 

MW Community Day Committee: This annual school beautification event happens every spring to clean-up the school grounds and plant flowers.

Rainbow Alliance Committee: Join others at Malcolm White who are committed to helping foster an inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly school.

Scholarship Committee: Malcolm White annually awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating Woburn High School senior who attended elementary school at Malcolm White for at least three years. Join the committee to read applications and help choose the recipient in April.
