Field Day will be on Wednesday, June 18th. (Rain Date: Friday, June 20th.) It’s carnival themed! In order for the activities and games to run smoothly, we need your help! Below is the full schedule for the day and available times/activities you can sign up for. There are two Field Day shifts starting at 8:30am and 9:45am. If you want to volunteer all morning, sign up for two shifts. This year there’s also face-painting shifts from 10:45-12pm and 12pm-1:30pm. You can choose to stay at one station all morning or switch to something else.
Please arrive a few minutes early to your shift on 6/18 to check in with PTO at the canteen (lower parking lot) and find your station. All volunteers must have a current CORI on file with the Malcolm White office to participate. (Email Amanda at malcolmwhite-sub@woburnps.com to confirm you have an active CORI on file, or fill one out asap; it can take a while to process.)
We are also looking for donations of cut fruit, bottles of water and coolers for the day. Please cut the oranges into individual slices and wash the grapes. Other fruit is fine to donate, just no melon or mangos because of allergies. Volunteers will process the fruit into individual cups before field day starts. Everything needs to be dropped off in the lower parking lot by 8:30am on Wednesday, June 18th; coolers must be picked up by 3pm that day.
